Built on the university's premises by land trust with Waseda University, it is located on the university's Waseda campus, facing Okuma Garden and Shin-Mejiro Street, and between the hotel and Takadanobaba station, just like the Osaka head office. A shuttle bus runs. There are 128 rooms, of which 2 suites are available
